why sour beats sweet here
Almost every mix on the list sits on the sweet side of the flavour range — raspberry and waffle, cola and cherry, tropical fruit. Order a sweet, liqueur-heavy cocktail on top of that and twenty minutes later both flavours have merged into something merely heavy.
Sour and bitter do the opposite: citrus, cranberry, Campari or tonic freshen the mouth and bring your sensitivity back. Which is why sour profiles, bitter aperitivos and anything with lime nearly always work next to a hookah.

The list is deliberately built in pairs: hookah mixes carry film titles, cocktails carry the names of screen couples, and every mix has its cocktail. La Dolce Vita (raspberry, waffle) goes with Mordere — Campari, rosé, grapefruit; the bitter citrus cuts the sweetness out of the smoke.
Fargo and Twin Peaks — cold melon and resinous pine — go with Blue Sky: gin, blue curaçao, lime. Casablanca and Amélie, tropical and citrus, go with Cosmo Noir: vodka, cranberry, lime and black pepper. Pulp Fiction, cola and cherry, stands next to Famiglia — amaro, espresso, orange. All cocktails are 800 dinars.

House lemonades are 350 dinars and are often the better choice next to a hookah: yuzu with basil, spicy grapefruit with hibiscus, tropical passion fruit with ginger, peach with elderflower, agave-yuzu and Summer Garden. All of them are sour or bitter-sour, which is exactly what is needed here.
Juices are 250, and water goes with everything — people drink more of it here than they expect. Nobody misses out by skipping alcohol: half the list is non-alcoholic.
what to eat with it
Light and salty works: cheese and charcuterie boards, something to share across the table. A heavy dish is better eaten before rather than during — khinkali and grilled skewers want full attention and stand on their own.
The kitchen works weekdays from 14:00, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00, so an afternoon can hold both lunch and a hookah without the crowd. On Friday and Saturday we are open till 01:00.
